Hammond King Touyz is a WA Law Society Quality-Accredited Practice* that was founded in 1952 by the Late Geoffrey George Hammond. There are only a small number of Law Society Quality Accredited Practices in Western Australia and we were one of the first 17 firms to attain this accreditation.

We are a well respected "boutique" firm with a long standing reputation for providing quality commercial legal services to both companies and individuals in Perth and Western Australia.

All members of our firm have 24 hr per day, desktop access to the internet and e-mail. We are able to efficiently service the needs of clients whether they are located in Perth or in more remote or rural areas. We often correspond with our clients by email.

We are able to offer legal services in most areas of the law.

We act for intersate firms of solicitors as their local agents in Perth.

We charge fixed fees for certain legal services and others according to reasonable hourly rates.

Although we are a relatively small practice we have a wealth of experience among the partners and professional staff. We are confident that the level of experience and expertise we have is equal to or better than most if not all of our major competitors. As a small tightly knit team we are not burdened by the bureaucracies and cost structures of many of the larger firms.
